This makes you the reluctant hero – you do not really want to be, but you also cannot help yourself.
Your challenge is to determine what you want to get involved in that is aligned for you. This helps you know when to assume leadership and when to step way. Learning to say no with love and grace creates space for the causes that are right for you to contribute to.
