Newsletters

We send out occasional email newsletters to anyone who subscribes to the site. This newsletter may contain important information about the services we supply, links to recently published blog posts or information about upcoming events and courses. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. 

Free Resources

When you enter your email on the site, you consent to receive free resources related to your personal design. You are not required to enter your email when you generate your human design chart. You can unsubscribe from receiving communication from us at any time. 

Mailchimp

Mailchimp is the email marketing service used by Empowered Human Design. In order to share newsletters and free personalised resources,  we collect User’s first name, last name, and email address as well as details from your human design chart such as your energy type, profile, etc. Such details are purely used to generate personalised resources for you. Any email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within those messages. These messages may record a range of data such as: times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign. You may unsubscribe or manage the information we hold about you at any time.

 

Data retention

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the Data be deleted.

You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
