All sales of 1:1 and group interactions (whether in person, online or pre-recorded) are final and non-refundable.

If you have purchased a package with a monthly payment plan leading to an agreed number of personal interactions over a set amount of time, you are liable for all payments / instalments to cover the personal interactions you have already received. For example, if you purchase a package of four personal interactions over a 12 months period, you would receive a personal interaction every 3 months. If you decide to cancel after two personal interactions, you are still liable for any monthly payments covering the personal time you have received. In this case, this would be 6 monthly instalments. You are free to cancel any remaining payments with the understanding that no further interactions or sessions will be made available to you.
