You have inherent knowledge and wisdom. You are self-motivated because you are the one who needs to go first – your remit is to be your own best cheerleader. Sharing what you know and are good at gives you authenticity and credibility. If you are too insular, others see you as someone who likes to retreat, and they will miss out on your natural leadership skills.
Be discerning about where you deploy your wisdom and leadership and get involved in causes that are energetically aligned. You thrive when you have a healthy balance between being in your own space and interacting with others. Being engaged and involved in life gives you the impact and recognition to feel good about your contribution.
You do not respond well to external pressure and prefer operating on your own timeline.
